Okay this is going to sound stupid, but bare with me here.
I am trying to zip a few documents so I can email the things to our webmaster so he can put them on our site.
I right click the document, go to send to and to compressed zip folder.
Everything seems to be working well. Except my crappy webmail that I have where I work won't let me send anything over 2K!!!!!
Is there any program that will compress something further? :nixweiss: I am at a loss and this is suppose to be there today.

That's pretty small... How big is winzip compressing it too?
Chances are you're not going to be able to compress it to smaller then 2k though.

I figured there wouldn't be a way. I have sent the file through my personal home email system. It seems to have no problem sending it. Thanks anyways. :)

Now if anyone can figure out why when I merge 4 documents together the Ukrainian font messes up and apprears all over the place, I can stop pulling out my hair!!:bawling:
I just wanted to post a Thanks to Andrew. He gave me a good idea through pm regarding the problem that could be causing my merging issue. Basically, a lot of people don't understand how to use colums properly in a document so, I literally had to cut and paste all the information out of the original and create a new document. The document was set up in two columns with the Ukrainian text on the left and the english on the right. The way the original was formatted confused the system when it merged toegether and I had to put new Page Breaks at the end of every page to keep the fomatting right.:nixweiss: if that makes sense to anyone else, but I am thankful that it has finally worked. :)
okay... so I take it back, I didn't solve the problem
I decided to start a whole new document in word and cut an paste all the info but instead of using columns I would use tables. Seemed to work just fine except 25 freaking pages into the document, it now freezes on me everytime I try to hilight something to change bold face or underline!!!!!
I wanna cry... help?

no.
I have 25 pages each separated by a page break.
Not all the text needs to be divided into two columns as not all text has been translated into Ukrainian and English.
So when there is bilingual text I use the table and when there isn't I don't.
Finally had to call in the LAN admin people here at work to fix the problem, it had started affecting all documents. Went into Add/Remove program, found microsoft office and hit change and then repair. Did the trick.
Oh, and I didnt' know this but, to get microsoft office updates from
www.officeupdate.com
you have to use Internet Explorer, Firefox will not work.
