With something that small, doesn't the word "duh" come to mind?

Interesting article it doesn't appear that any consumers have complained it just that 2 lawyers have deicded to sue Apple because they think the IPod Nano screen can get scratched more easily.

Thats how a few of these things happen. Lawyers smelll $$. I got a settlement from some case against VISA. It was a multi-million dollar case. Lawyers took their third-to-half, and the balance got divied up. It cost more for them to send me the check than the check was worth.

The first thing I did after I bought my nano was I bought the Protective film sheet for a PSP and cut it down to the size of the screen and put it on my nano,Then I added a rubber sleeve that I bought at Circuit City. No problems here.

Lawyers almost always get to much money. Specially the ones who deal with cases that are just settled....
