First, think like the person you want to attract. What would they be searching for.
Obviously, you want the following:
martial, martial arts, martial art, arts
From here, look at where you will be focusing your intent. That's not apparent from what I could see on the site.
Based on your opening statement, I would also recomend various art names and related descriptors.
Aim for about 30 phrases.

Some other site optimization suggestions:
- Make sure all images have alt tags (some were missing)
- Validate your HTML code.
- Lose the counter. It's currently looking to be broken, and hit counters are easily fooled.

You also don't have a background-color set, leaving white on white if the image doesn't show up or is turned off. Your links didn't work for me at first, as I had javascript turned off. Which means they won't work for others, including search engines. onmouseclick links might let you create pretty things, but they aren't very functional. Get it working in plain html, then add css, then add javascript, and have nothing dependent on javascript.
