I'd bump the center and bottom text up 2-3% in darkness.
See how it compares.

Not bad I think the text should stand out more. The top line looks good but the other two lines don't stand out that well.

I tried to increase the text color...didn't like the next color...couldn't find an adjustment on the coloring. (Photoshop 7) I know there are more tools...what can i do with the text..without killling the color.

The old newspaper look of the background actually was a mistake .... but I liked it so i kept it...lol

Going to use this one as a banner....should I use something similiar for my buttons....and what is the best way to create button images. I want at least text color to change with active links and a push down look to it when people click on it.

Try bolding them, or copy the text layer and set it to "multiply".??

I forgot about bold....wow sometimes you forget simple things...

I'm going to want to work on buttons soon also....any tips?
