I'll be getting a pair of Mini-Macs in a few days, need to stock my toolbox for them.

Any recomendations on such things as web-editors, mp3 player, dvd software, antivirus, ftp, email, etc?

I'm figuring on using Eudora as it's the email client I'm most familiar with.
I'll probably pick up Photoshop and Dreamweaver for the mac as well, but, what about the other "required" tools?
