Here are some alternatives to Outlook Express

Mozilla Thunderbird (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/)
Eudora (http://www.eudora.com/)
Pegasus (http://www.pmail.com/)
IncrediMail (http://www.incredimail.com/english/splash/splash.asp)
Courier (http://www.rosecitysoftware.com/courier/)

I use ThunderBird. Eudora and Pegasus are trying to make their products better.

I've been using Eudora for years. I tried switching to OE, and had issues with it, so I went back to Eudora.

I worked in IT and M$ send me an evaluation copy that was a full version hoping the company I worked for would upgrade to the latest and greatest. Since the company standardized on 2000 I was able to take it home. :)

elm.
Now that's a name I've not heard in a long time.
Makes one Pine for the old days, eh? ;)

oww.. my side.. stop...

hehe

I used to like PINE, but once I discovered vi, elm was pretty natural. I still use it. I hate having to leave... they want the whole school to migrate to some browser related server... totally doing away w/ the pop servers :-(

yeah... sadly. Changing over in Febuary, which is just about the time I graduate, but to be safe, I still need to convert... I hate converting.
