I hope for MS's sake that it is an isolated problem but it probable isn't. This isn't the first time I have heard of this problem.

IF they knew this was going to happen after testing it they could be in big trouble...of course then you have to prove it.

The guy is probable hopeing that MS will settle out of court.

Yeah he probably is because I don't think he really has that big of a case here....not defending Microsoft but people tend to make big rich companies a target for their free ride in life...

And we all know Microsoft has a big bullseye painted on them which makes them a very good target. :)
