Its funny that the LCD backlight fix was posted here... now I am not gonna find one, LOL, but I need a 15" LCD monitor with bad backlights.

If anyone knows a place I can pick up a working 15" LCD monitor in that state really cheap, or if someone has one they wanna unload... I could use it.

On Ebay, I keep getting outbid on them... seems like people are willing to drop almost as much for a broken one as a new one on there for some god awful reason... I think people are just unwilling to get outbid.

A cheap working one is good too, but I am just "parting" it out for another project I have going...

Try contaacting repair shops. They may have some that were brought in and left behind.
