I'm noticing a lot more fishing attempts going on as of late.

Please note:
Under NO circumstances will PayPal, Ebay, your local Bank, Amazon, etc email you and ask you for your account information.

Under NO circumstances should you fill in the forms, etc.

Login to your account NORMALLY! (That means Paypal.com or ebay.com, etc, not the nice 123.123.123.123 or whatever address in the email you got)
Then contact their support normally.

Be forewarned, be safe.

I almost fell for a PayPal scam a couple of years ago! Good warning.:)

This is a good warning to people and I know a lot of people who have fell for it. I knew of this scam a while back..must be they figure people have forgotten it. Phishing is becoming a big problem now and follow bobs advice.

The problem is, a lot of people use html mail. The link in the e-mail will say https://www.paypal.com, but link to the scammer's site. Unless you know enough to check the status and address bars, it looks legit...

Which is why I wouldn't click on any links in the emails, but type the address myself.
