View Full Version : Post Times.....
Silent Bob 11-04-2006, 01:59 AM There was an issue due to a server upgrade pushing the clock ahead several hours. The issues been resolved, but for a few hours posts are going to be a little weird time wise. The issue should correct itself within a few hours.
arnisador 12-11-2006, 12:38 AM Speaking of issues...can this be right:
Currently Active Users: 70 (7 members and 63 guests)
Really, 63 guests?!?
Silent Bob 12-11-2006, 01:06 AM yup
ping898 12-11-2006, 12:04 PM hopefully some of the guests will sign up and join the party!
arnisador 12-11-2006, 01:06 PM I assume many of them are spiders etc.? It just seems like a very high guest/member ratio, but perhaps I am mistaken!
ping898 12-11-2006, 01:19 PM oh yeah I forgot about the bots.....don't want the bots joining...
arnisador 12-21-2006, 09:54 PM Lots of slow/no loads...
Silent Bob 12-22-2006, 01:21 AM Something seems to be clogging the network. Techs assure me that the servers running fine.
arnisador 12-23-2006, 05:19 PM Did you change the software/settings? The display in search for new posts seems slightly different (absolute times vs. relative).
Silent Bob 12-24-2006, 01:13 AM Tweaked a few settings last pass through. Trying to sync all 3 forums spec wise.
arnisador 12-24-2006, 02:40 PM That would be great...so many little things are different between them and it can be annoying! For instance, FireFox's auto-spellcheck works here but not at FMATalk.com.
Silent Bob 12-24-2006, 04:23 PM works for me everywhere. ??
arnisador 12-24-2006, 07:51 PM It uses red highlighting here but not there...maybe I could turn it on there, somehow?
Silent Bob 12-25-2006, 12:01 AM No clue. Which version of Firefox are you running?
arnisador 12-25-2006, 12:48 AM 2.0.0.1
It's weird. It works here but not there--I'm sure of it.
Silent Bob 12-25-2006, 01:03 AM I'm still on the 1.5x tree. :(
arnisador 01-03-2007, 10:19 AM If what Quick Links is doing is intentional--changing the whole bar rather than a drop-down menu--I don't like it. :(
Silent Bob 01-03-2007, 12:44 PM Havent made any changes in a awhile, everything looks fine on my end.
arnisador 01-10-2007, 07:19 PM Still happening... :(
Silent Bob 01-11-2007, 01:24 AM has to be a setting on your end. It all looks ok from here, 3 different browsers, 2 pcs.
arnisador 01-11-2007, 10:22 AM has to be a setting on your end.
Stop censoring me!
Ooops, sorry. I played around with my browser and it's working OK now. In the immortal words of Emily Litella...nevermind!
