Which Avatar should I use?

I like number 1# the shadowing gives it more depth .

I made the Poll for 7 days.
I'll chose the one that gets the most votes, which looks like it will be #1.
Even the guy who made #2 says he would vote for #1.

#1 has more detail :)

Given the size of an avatar, I like #2 better! If it were larger then obviously #1.

I like the detail in number 1, It comes out nicely....number 2 almost just looks like a red blob
