EPISODE NUMBER - 311
ORIGINAL U.S. AIR DATE - 01.21.07
The Cylon-Colonial standoff for the Eye of Jupiter continues while a supernova threatens the algae planet. Meanwhile, Lee considers a rescue operation for Starbuck. (TV Guide)
Well... that description isn't very helpful, is it?!
What did everyone think about the conclusion to the algae planet story? For the most part, I thought it was well done. I am dying to know whose face Deanna saw when she apologized that that Final Five Cylon, though! Which one of our worthy heroes will turn out to be a Cylon? The only one I know it can't be is Helo, because otherwise Hera wouldn't be a hybrid. Other than that... any guesses? It is too obvious to make it Baltar, which might mean that it is Baltar, but... I don't think it is... probably...
So... why didn't Helo just quietly (and less messily) poison Sharon instead of shooting her? He must be able to get his hands on poison, he could at least have asked Tigh where he found th epoison when he killed his wife! I suppose the shock factor wouldn't have been as great. And how DARE Roslin act all self-righteous & high and mighty when it comes to Hera?! It is her fault that the Cylons were able to get their hands on her in the fist place.
So, any ideas on what will happen to Caprica 6 (I am assuming it was Caprica 6 who went back to Galactica with Sharon, she is the most "human" of her model) now that she is a prisoner? Ditto on Baltar... who needs to be shaved, dangit, that beard is fugly!
Dee sure enjoyed jabbing Starbuck with that needle, didn't she? Who can blame her? I wish Dee would just gather up the few shreds of self-respect she has left and dump his cheating butt. Not only do they have zero chemistry (which is a shame, because the sexual tension was great when they were just flirting) but honestly, she could do better.
Speaking of Starbuck, I guess Leoben isn't as crazy as I thought, because she obviously does have some sort of fate or destiny or whatever. Her painting & the picture of the Eye of Jupiter were eerily similar... is she one of the Final Five Cylons & that is how she knew? Enquiring minds want to know!
I am dying to know how the ratings were for Sunday. Without a Trace wasn't on, so I watched the first airing, but a major football game was on, so I am curious to see how it fared on its new day.
