If you are looking for a mainly anime board http://animeboards.com/ is pretty good.

This ones alot newer, and growing slowly. We had more posts before the crash in December, but unfortunately we lost the whole database.

We try to post news, etc when we can, but if you see something somewhere, feel free to post it first. :)

I tried to get on that other anime board that you mentioned, Mr. Moderator/Silent Bob. Anyway, I registered but I must have typed my user name wrong or something else because it won't recognize anything. Not even the e-mail address! I know I double checked everything. I e-mailed the (very busy, I'm sure) moderator Sunday but so far I haven't heard anything yet. I wish I could just try again by making a second account but that's supposed to be against the rules. :( >sigh<
