A few years back Museum Replicas used to sell these armor plates for attaching to chainmail or leather to add a pair of metal breastplates, a sternum protector, and a belly guard...

Ive been searching all over the net for somthing like this... cant find any on Ebay... lots of helmets, Spaulders, etc... but no metal plates to add to my chainmail...

Anyone have any ideas where I could find somthing like this???

There used to be a company in Alberta (Canada) that made armor, swords, etc. I have no clue as to their company name but perhaps if you do a search of the yellow pages for companies in either Edmonton or Calgary, you may find a company that makes armor. Good luck with your search!
