Below are most of what the Hybrid said in Razor. I'm putting my thoughts in between.
"All of this has happened before and all of it will happen again."
The hybrid seems to "see" through the veils of time, and his 'residue presence' allowed Adama a peek for a moment.
"At last, they’ve come for me. I feel their lives, their destinies spilling out before me. The denial of the one true path, played out on a world not their own, will end soon enough. Soon there will be four, glorious in awakening, struggling with the knowledge of their true selves, the pain of revelation bringing new clarity, and in the midst of confusion, he will find her. Enemies brought together by impossible longing, enemies now joined as one. The way forward at once unthinkable, yet inevitable. And the fifth, still in shadow, will claw toward the light, hungering for redemption that will only come in the howl of terrible suffering. I can see them all. The seven, now six, self-described machines who believe themselves without sin, but in time, it is sin that will consume them. They will know enmity, bitterness, the wrenching agony of the one splintering into the many, and then they will join the promised land, gathered on the wings of an angel. Not an end, but a beginning."
The part "denial...end soon enough" might refer to the monotheistic faith and Earth.
This also references the awakening of four of the Five. "He will find her" may mean Tyrol finding Boomer again, Kara finding Leoben, or Tyrol and Tory, or maybe even Baltar finding Tory.
Weight for the fifth being Baltar is the line "hungering for redemption".
The Cylon civil war is clearly referred to here, and the boxing of the Three's is referred to.
"Enemies brought together" can mean many things, but with a Cylon civil war in full swing, the losing side might reach out to humanity for asylum, or or perhaps more than one civil war will happen, with the robotic Cylons rebelling against the humanoid ones at the same time the humanoid ones are fighting? Maybe it's something simpler, like a reference to the political situation in the fleet?
"Kara Thrace will lead the human race to its end. She is the herald of the apocalypse, the harbinger of death. They must not follow her."
This is the "big" quote, hinting that Kara's path is in fact a dead end. The still to be answered questions of course are, Just what happened to her, is she a Cylon or something else, did she find Earth?
"As my own existence comes to a close, only to begin anew in ways uncertain."
Hints that he expects to be reborn somehow.
"all this has happened before and will happen again, again, again."
Humanity is in a circular repeating cycle.
Humans flee Kobol due to war/disaster & found colonies and build cylons.
Cylons revolt, declare war, start hybrids, make peace and vanish.
Cylons return, now in human form, declare war, all but wipe out humans.
Surviving humans return to Kobol, find path to Earth.
Cylons split, possible revolt of mechs against flesh (repeat)
speculation: Humans and surviving HumanCylons combine, find Earth and create a new hybrid race. They build mech servants who will revolt and drive them out, with the race traveling to the mythical Colonies from where they 'began', thereby restarting the cycle again.
