OMG I take back most of the bad things I've said about season 4 so far, that episode was intense! Starbuck took her Cylon hubby pretty well, Adama didn't take Tigh that well and he confronted every single issue I have with Tigh being a Cylon.
About Earth...
Their were no satellites in orbit so it is far enough in the future that all the orbits have decayed, they were very careful to not show any continents or anything identifiable land masses. The decayed city was generic enough that you couldn't tell what city by the sky line.

I'm really betting on that everything started on Earth, they have REALLY detailed religious drawings and texts about earth, different temples, the trip the 13th colony took but what if it happened in the reverse? We all came from earth but the war happened so the survivors fled, landed on Kobol...

Earth has a holocaust.
Survivors flee, leaving a bread crub trail back.
end up on Kobol and start over again.
Human nature happens, another holocaust.
Survivors flee, found 12 colonies thinking splitting up will fix past issues.
Cylon war 1. Mechanoids flee, along with their creators (who become the basis of the 12 models?)
Cylons return, and another holocaust occurs.
Humanity like salmon, follow the ancient road back, looking for something that doesn't exist other than in ruins.

'Revelations' is a good episode. I can't believe that the fleet found Earth. What will happen next? We have to wait for a few more months to find out. I hate that. :mad:

I've never liked Tory, she has always been a shrill ***** of a character to me, always devious as well (fixing the election for example). I loved how at the very end she tries to go to Anders and he just shrugs her off, I have a feeling the other "Cylons" are going to reject her as well.

She's too eager to be "special" yanno

The one I feel the most for right now is Saul...he never let his revelation change who he was...he finally spoke up and for now has lost Adama's trust...but I think there is too much history and I hope they make up

That was definitely a great mid-season ender, I cant even think of any quibbles I had with the ep & that's unusual for me... well, OK, Tory is a whiny, untrustworthy little biotch, but she's always been one, so there's nothing different there!

Adama's breakdown after Tigh's revelation was amazing. Talk about the straw that broke the camel's back! EJO is an incredible actor, I am so glad they let him just go for it and let it all out. Roslin is even starting to grow on me again and I never thought that would happen. Heck, even Baltar was acceptable in this ep!

I am hoping they will deal with the newly revealed hybrid child soon, because I don't think anyone has had time to realize that Tyrol's son is one... and what about the full Cylon baby that the Six in prison is carrying, that's got to be dealt with somehow... right? I hope?

I have 2 ideas about that.
1) It is Natalie.
2) That really isn't "Earth" we weren't shown anything other than a cross to show it was Earth, it could be "Terra" or another planet colonized by Earth and the dying leader hasn't died yet.
