Too bad this convention wasn't as close as Cleveland or Michigan for us to drive too otherwise we would be considering adding this to our list of ROAD TRIPS. Bet we wouldn't have to twist Ken's arm too hard to tag along either! LOL! Sounds like they have a lot of fun guests who are extremely "fan friendly".

I wish I could attend this con but as Jackie has a 2 month working contract, she is working on the Friday so no travelling to Indy for us.

We will probably see Dominic Keating at Motor City Convention in May 2006!

Not to mention Conner Trineer at Cleveland, hopefully we can all make it to that one again. I know Maggie and I are both planning on going, with any luck we can make it a foursome.

I hear you had a good time in Michigan a couple of weeks ago, I wish I could have made that one too, I wanted to get Jolly's (I think that was his name) on my Battlestar Photo and also on that bunch of cards I have going.

It sure seems like a long time until we can get to the next convention, I think I am having withdrawal.

Ken, we are hoping Vulkon Cleveland still ends up being a go!! (hopefully Joe doesn't lose his business over this fiasco in Orlando with Patrick Stewart cancelling and attendees cancelling).

We are still planning to go but the Sunday guest or Bonus guests have to be worth the time/money - not spending lots of cash for a half-baked con! Connor is ok but nowhere near enough to say definite yes...yet.

We decide last-minute to head to Michigan, Jack Stauffer (Bojay) was there and he was great, Levar Burton was awesome and Jackie has her pic with him. Garrett talked to us about TT and he said he enjoyed making his family stand up during his talk! I was thrilled to meet Ernie Hudson as I am a big fan of GhostBusters! We also chatted to Herb Jefferson Jr for a bit and he was soimpressed with TT and also Canadian people in general for their politeness and friendliness he went on and on about how great Toronto was!

For Jackie and I Ad Astra at end of March is the next convention - still over 5 months away. Long wait!! I am still waiting to see who TT20 will announce as their "Trek Guest"!!

I hear on the money part of it, bit I am sure that the Sunday guest will be Kate Mulgrew, and that will make it worth while that's for sure. Conner Trinneer would be good, I am SURE I can find something for him to sign.

I am surprised about the kefluffle with Orlando and Je Motes. I think Blalock is a VERY good replacemnt for Patrick Stewart and it's not like he didn't promise to come back, remember SFX last year. I think she is definitely worth the money and it's too bad I could not make that CON, I have lots of things that she could sign, and some of them are body parts, ooops did I say that out loud.

I'm not going to Ad Astra so the wate for me is even longer, almost 6 months, oh crap, thank God for eBay.
